It is reflected in intellectual honesty, integrity in using, documenting, transmitting, and publishing information, as well as in research production. There are various actions that are considered violations of academic integrity, including:

Cheating:

The unauthorized use of notes, information, or materials during exams or academic assignments.

Misuse of Academic Assistance:

When a trainee exploits the work of a peer who intended to provide academic help in good faith—for example, copying a report or an old test prepared by that peer without informing them.

Exploiting Collaboration:

Relying on another trainee within a group to complete a joint assignment, or using another student to complete individual tasks.

Impersonation:

A trainee pretending to be someone else to complete exams, assignments, or any academic tasks on their behalf.

Fabrication and Forgery:

• Altering or falsifying data or information related to exams or academic assignments.
• Submitting fake excuses such as false medical certificates to justify absence or failure to complete tasks.

Plagiarism:

• Quoting texts, ideas, or work of others without proper citation.

Disciplinary Actions and Penalties:

To reduce academic integrity violations and address incidents, Al-Risalah Academy applies the following procedures to ensure justice:

1. Temporary Account Suspension:
   The violating trainee’s account is suspended temporarily, and they are denied access to platform services.
2. Exam Result Cancellation:
   In cases of cheating during an exam, the result will be canceled and not counted.
3. Account and Achievement Suspension:
   The trainee’s account will be suspended, including all certifications and achievements earned on the platform.
4. Detailed Incident Report:
   An official report will be written detailing the incident and attaching available evidence.
5. Confidentiality Assurance:
   The academy commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all case-related details to protect the privacy of the parties involved.
6. Trainee Notification:
   The trainee will be informed of the disciplinary action before it is implemented and will be given the opportunity to understand the reasons and defend their position.
